The way you state your question it seems more like a sexual one.
If you go to an urologist he may check your prostate for nodules, or enlargement. He will not milk it, even though it can be done. He
will not stimulate it either. If you want a stimulation call your girl friend, or male friend.

It is great! Please take care; you can injure your prostate by over-doing it. A gentle touch, and not too much of it, will do the trick.
